HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
 
Length can vary from one session to ongoing.
 
Usually, best results are achieved with one or two 1-hour sessions per month for a period of six to nine months. These sessions can be held in your office, in our office, or over the telephone with email contact.
 
 
1. In the initial interview, we identify your desired focus, priorities, and outcomes.
2. We create a uniquely tailored combination of leadership assessments, quality-of-life assessments and/or 360-degree feedback assessments.
