Online 360-degree Feedback Process
  Leaders are often isolated from feedback, but their performance influences the direction and culture of an entire organization. The 360-degree feedback process allows leaders in your organization to get confidential performance feedback from bosses, peers, direct reports and/or customers about their skills, competencies, and reputation.

Through the 360 process, individuals can objectively see their strengths and weaknesses, examine the gap between their self-perception and others' perceptions, and better understand what skills and behaviors are expected in the organization.
