Cancellation Policy

Individual Hourly Phone Coaching Appointments
• There is no cancellation fee if 24 hrs. notice is given.
• There is a 100% cancellation fee if less than 24 hours notice is given.
• Only one cancellation/re-schedule allowed per month.

On-Site Consulting Half-Day or Full-Day

•	There is no cancellation fee if the engagement is cancelled six (6) business days in advance.
•	There is a 50% cancellation fee if the engagement is cancelled within three to five (3 to 5) business days.
•	There is a 100% cancellation fee if the engagement is cancelled two (2) business days or less in advance.

Any Training Workshops or Facilitated Planning Meetings

•	Deposits of 25-50% are required for all Training Programs or Facilitated Planning Meetings.
•	There is a 50% cancellation fee if the engagement is cancelled fifteen (15) business days or more in advance.
•	There is a 75% cancellation fee if the engagement is cancelled eight to fourteen (8 to 14) business days in advance.
•	There is a 100% cancellation fee if the engagement is cancelled less than eight (8) business days in advance.
