THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM ® (LDP) IS:
 
Our program targeted to intact teams of between 8 to 10 mid- to high-level managers. Its goal is to improve individual and group leadership effectiveness by:
 
  Clarifying organizational goals;
  Improving communication across organizational boundaries; and
  Linking concrete behavior changes to tangible business outcomes, such as productivity, profitability, innovation and customer satisfaction.
 
Simply put, this process aligns people with business systems for better results.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
 
LDP sessions are 5 hours in length and occur once a month for 9 months. The LDP is highly customized with topics determined by the needs of the organization, the group, and the immediately relevant demands of day-to-day operations. Through a combination of instruction, experiences, and coaching, this format gives participants the highest amount of practical data in the shortest amount of time. The monthly format provides an opportunity to test new learnings and to return on a monthly basis to discuss successes and failures.
